6oz sirloin steak marinated in a tangy Ponzu sauce, pan seared to rare with a sesame mayo for dipping.
Served with cajun aioli dip.

El Macho Nacho
Crispy corn chips, traditional nacho toppings and spiced cheddar cheese. Optional Nacho beef, Cajun chicken or guacamole.
Minced seasoned pork and vegetables with sweet chili sauce.
Tossed with cracked black pepper and Kosher salt and a sweet sesame soya sauce for dipping.
House cut fries, parmesan, garlic, sea salt and herbs. Served with jalapeño aioli.
4oz sushi-grade Albacore tuna, wasabi and sesame seeds. Pan seared rare with Saki sauce and pickled ginger.

Roasted chicken and vegetables in a savory chicken broth with brown rice. Served in bowl or cup.
Grilled Vegetable Salad
Balsamic infused grilled vegetables, baby greens, goat cheese, candied pecans and balsamic vinaigrette.
Romaine tossed in our house made Caesar dressing with garlic butter croutons and parmesan.
Vietnamese Noodle Salad
Rice noodles, pickled daikon, cabbage and cucumber. Lightly tossed with a ginger soy dressing and topped with a marinated Thai chicken breast.
Baby greens, spinach, Quinoa, carrot, radish, hemp and pumpkin seeds, half boiled egg and fennel vinaigrette.
Pizzas & Pastas
All Pizzas are hand made and thin crust.
Capicola ham, pineapple, green onion, feta, parmesan and Marinara sauce. Topped with a spicy blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Smoked Chicken BBQ Pizza
In house smoked chicken, béchamel, tomato, green onion and a spicy blend of mozzarella and cheddar. Drizzled with our Bourbon BBQ sauce.
California Veggie Pizza
Portobello mushrooms, asparagus, arugula, tomatoes, goat’s and mozzarella cheese and Olive oil. Drizzled with balsamic reduction.
Ginger Beef Stir Fry
Carrots, cabbage, ginger, garlic, red onions, green peppers, water chestnuts, five spice soy sauce and vermicelli noodles topped with crispy ginger beef.
Thai Cashew Bowl
Red Pepper, carrot, red onion, celery, red cabbage and broccoli in a Thai peanut sauce. Your choice of spice level. Served with coconut rice.

Beer battered cod, mango salsa and tangy slaw tossed in a white barbeque sauce wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

6oz Atlantic salmon fillet, spinach, cucumber, lemon caper aioli on toasted multi-grain.
Keith’s Fish & Chips
Two pieces of Keith’s beer battered cod served with French fries, house-made lemon caper aioli and coleslaw.
All steaks are cut in house, seasoned with our spice blend and served with seasonal vegetables. Choice of mashed potato, lemon roasted potatoes or French fries.

10oz grilled to your liking topped with a brown butter mushroom sauce.
Smoked and smothered in our bourbon BBQ sauce. Accompanied with garlic mashed pota-toes and coleslaw.
