3 Course Menu – $39

Starter (comes with salad or soup)

Roasted Pepper Bisque, Potato Brisket, French onion, Caesar Salad or Green Salad.

Entrée

~8oz Sirloin with caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms.
Accompanied with root vegetables and garlic smashed potatoes.

~ ½ rack of Bourbon BBQ Ribs served with root vegetables and garlic smashed potatoes.

~ Chicken Carbonara made with wild mushrooms, diced bacon, green peppercorns, and Linguini tossed in
Alfredo sauce and served with a grilled chicken breast and a side of garlic toast.

~ Two Chicken Souvlaki skewers, accompanied with lemon roasted potatoes and side Greek salad.

~ Salmon fillet brushed with a honey mustard glaze and encrusted with a herb walnut mix. Accompanied with
coconut rice and root vegetables.

Dessert

~ Mud Pie a combination of chocolate mousse and cheesecake.

~ Apple Strudel w/ vanilla ice cream.
